Yes, we can customize products in different shapes and colors. You can provide a Pantone number. Or actual color
samples for reference. Our colorizer will be able to copy the color of the desired target.

2. Do you accept OEM/ODM orders? What is the minimum order quantity?

From product design, mold making, production, LOGO printing, packaging, we provide you with one-stop customization
services. We have a minimum order quantity required to pay for our production.

3. How long can you give a quotation? What is the lead time for samples and trial orders?

In addition, please specify material requirements, special quality requirements, mold surface treatment, brand logo, customized packaging needs, estimated order quantity and delivery time, etc. We will provide an accurate quote within 48 hours.
If you only have an idea, it will take us 5-8 days to provide an accurate quote.
It includes 3-5 days to understand your requirements, complete sketches and estimate initial costs. 2-3 days to review design for manufacturability (DFM), revise design drawings, and provide final quotation.
Depending on different product requirements, we need about 7-15 days to make your unique molds and samples.

8. Do you have a silicone material certificate? Are silicone products safe for the human body?

We use clean and sustainable silicone materials that are FDA and LFGB certified. We will provide silicone material test report if needed.
Silicone is hypoallergenic, biocompatible (no adverse effects on humans), and chemically stable (highly inert). Therefore, silicone products are safe for humans.

11. Is it possible to print our brand design and barcode on the packaging?

Yes, we can provide customized packaging services according to customer requirements.

12. How do I track my order?
